Your Webserve account cannot receive email directly. However, you can use the associated departmental or group account (i.e., one with the same username as your central server account) to receive email. For example, your group account might have email on the Exchange mail system; any email will then be delivered there rather than to your account on Webserve. If you do not have an email account with the same name as your web account, you can request one by contacting
